Grape "Jello"
Grape Jello for Hot Days!!
This is one of my favorite recipes for a nice dessert in this very hot weather.
Ingredients
8 Cups of Grape Juice
One Banana
One cup of Grapes
Eight Tablespoons of Eden Agar Kanten Flakes
This is so simple!
Just bring the 8 cups of Grape Juice and agar to a gentle boil. (I say gentle because you don't want to vigorously boil the juice and kanten away)

Simmer for 4 minutes
Remove from pan and pour into mold or Casserole dish

Let cool on counter top for one hour
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours
Serve cold with mint leaf

Note: You can use any juice or fruit combination that you like. Also, this dish lasts for up to 8 days in the refrigerator, so you can stock up for the rest of the week if you want.
