MICHELLE KWAN
Born in Torrance, CA., Olympic Skater, Michelle Kwan was homeschooled beginning at age 13 and completed her high school education with an “A” average. After graduating from high school, she attended UCLA for one year and in 2006 she transferred to the University of Denver with a prospective major in political science. Kwan’s distinguished career includes five World Championships, nine United States Figure Skating Championships, eight U.S. Championship medals, and she is the only woman in figure skating history fo win three World titles.
HILARY DUFF
Hilary Duff was born in Houston, TX in 1987 and was homeschooled beginning at age 10. After re-locating to California with her mother and sister, Duff found fame in 2001 as the staring title character Lizzie McGuire in the Disney Channel series “Lizzie McGuire”. Since then, she has continued her rise to international fame starring in TV shows, filming movies, and touring the US to promote her first album, "Metamorphosis”. Duff also finds time to be a spokesperson for Kids With A Cause, a charity organization specializing in poverty-stricken children.
