The Fascinating Body: How It Works

This fantastic book by Dr. Margulies most likely has the answers to every question you've ever wanted to know about the human body. Divided into 14 sections for each of the body's organ systems, the book follows a question and answer format that really enlivens the information.
Although written specifically for teenagers, there's a lot of material here concerning which many adults are probably unaware. Basically, this book contains the basic information about the human body that Dr. Margulies feels everyone at the high school level should know in order to make informed healthcare decisions during their lifetimes. A quick glance through the book will tell most people, be they adults or teens, that they really don't know that much about their own bodies.
